1.You know exactly what you want

It may seem obvious, but unless you know exactly what you want, how can you achieve it? The more details, numbers, and dates you can plan, the better. You need a very clear focus on what you want to receive.

2.Write your goals

It is a technique that classifies successful and unsuccessful people. We are constantly reminded of how important it is to write down our goals, but very few of us do. According to research, you are 95% more likely to reach your goal if it is written. Enough talk. Do it!


If you are trying to achieve a goal that you don't really believe in, your subconscious will not allow you to achieve it. You will only manage to destroy yourself inside. As Napoleon Hill said: "Anything that a man's mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve."

If you have really big goals, great. The only way to be tall is to think big. However, sometimes you will have to break it down into smaller intermediate goals. It makes it easier for you to believe that it is possible and it helps you organize yourself in the short, medium, and long term.

7.Reward yourself along the way

Whenever you are successful, be sure to reward yourself. This will help keep your desire and enthusiasm inflamed. It will also signal to your subconscious that you are achieving your goals.

8.Stay positive at all times

At the end of the day, the only person who can prevent you from achieving your goals is YOU. Fear and doubt are common enemies, but they are only created in your mind. You also need to make sure you focus on what you do want and not what you don't want.
