1. IDENTIFY

We don't have to live by "must" or "must" - everything we do is the result of a decision ... a choice. The decisions we make in our youth and the decisions we make this morning when we wake up.

Everything is a choice: obey or disobey; to study or not to study; to eat well or not to eat well. When we make these decisions, we are in control of everything related to our lives, including our future and our level of self-awareness.

When you see a wise, confident, and beautiful person, it is not luck, it is a choice. Once you realize and accept this, only then can you begin to become what you want to be. We all receive gifts ... gifts and special talents.

Through self-discovery, we can identify these gifts. By paying attention to who we are and what makes us happy, we will make the right decisions to define our own future.


2. EVALUATE

Who are you? Take a look at yourself and be honest. Write the things you like (for) and things you don't like (against) about yourself on a piece of paper. If you are (and should be) your best friend, you should be able to take a look at the downsides and come up with a plan to start shifting those negatives onto the positive side.

Likewise, you should take a look at your pros and develop a plan to make sure these positive attributes remain positive and keep growing inside AND outside of you.

As you make a plan, try to find people with similar personalities who share the same goals. These are the same people who will make great friends and help you get in your way.


3. CONFIRM

Talk to yourself! Still using your list of professionals, begin to reinforce the positive attributes of your personality. I AM…. "I'm successful", "I'm pretty", "I'm fun!" ... all positive thoughts should be repeated often - YOU ARE WHAT YOU THINK !!!


4. FORGIVE

Forgive yourself for failures! They all happen to us! We are as imperfect as our bodies !! Give yourself a break, forgive and move on. You cannot change the past, but you can live in the present and influence the future!


5. REST

Treat yourself well. Be a friend, a good listener, a giver, not a recipient - we feel better about ourselves when we make someone else smile.


6. Be grateful

Gratitude will take you everywhere. Thanks to your creator. Be humble in everything you have. Pray for those who have a cold heart or sad life. Really know what you have; all the gifts, talents, and things you have. Here today, not tomorrow ... if you live your life with gratitude and love, peace will always be in your presence.


7. ACCEPTANCE

Do not accept your destiny dictated by others. Accept only the destiny that you give yourself. Through acts of kindness and focused determination, you can achieve all the good things in this life. When you believe in goodness and in yourself, you can achieve anything. At this point, self-esteem is abundant, as is your life.


Meet. Like you. Live your life like everyone else is just in their underwear!
