7 Days Program For Self-Improvement | A Better You

I think I'm losing record of how many times I've read and heard that celebrity weddings almost flop from left to right. I don't care (and I don't personally care), it seems strange that we often see movie and TV stars as perfect people, living a fairytale life of wealth and prosperity. Glamor.

I think we all have to get out our heads from the clouds and face reality.

There are many ways to lose self-esteem, even if it is trivial.

But whatever happens, not all of us should try to lose our identity.

So what does it take to stay above the rest?

Here are some things you can think of and improve on that should be enough for a week.

1. Know your goal

Would you wander a little in the direction of life, expecting happiness, health, and prosperity?

Identify your life goal or mission statement and you will have your own unique compass that will always lead you to the truth of the North.

It seems difficult before looking down a narrow alley or a dead end. But there is always a small distance to make a difference and you can make a big difference for yourself.

2. Know your values

What do you like best? List your top 5 values. Some examples are security, freedom, family, spiritual development, education.

When setting your goals for this year, compare your goals with your values. If the goal doesn't match any of your five highest values, you can reconsider or revise it.

The numbers shouldn't set you free but should inspire you to do more than you ever dreamed of.

3. Know your needs

Unmet needs can prevent you from living authentically. Take care of yourself.

Do you need to be recognized, to be right, to be in control, to love? There are many people who have gone through their lives without achieving their dreams and have mostly become stressed or frustrated.

Make a list of your top four requirements and review them before it's too late.

4. Know your passions

You know who you are and what you really value in life.

Obstacles like doubt and lack of enthusiasm will only be achieved in your own way, but they will not derail your chances of becoming a person.

Reach out and honor those who inspire you to be the person you wanted to be.

5. Live from inside

Communicate with nature to increase your awareness of inner wisdom by regularly reflecting in silence.

Take a deep breath to calm your distracted mind. For most city dwellers, it is difficult to find the peace and quiet we need even in our own homes. In my case, I always sit in a dimly lit room and play classical music. There is sound, yes, but music soothes the beast.

6. Respect your strengths

What are your positive traits? What special talents do you have? List three

If you get stuck, ask your loved ones to help you identify them. Are you imaginative, resourceful, good with your hands?

Find ways to express your true personality through your power.

You can increase your confidence by sharing what you know with others.

7. Serve others

When you are honest, you will find that you can develop a sense of belonging.

When you are true to who you are, live for your purpose, and give your talents to the world around you, you will put into service those you have come to share with others, your spirit, your essence.

The rewards for sharing your gifts with loved ones are truly rewarding, especially if they have the eyes of a stranger who can appreciate what you have done for them.

Self-improvement is truly a kind of work that pays off.

You should not always be within the confines of a pay office building or in the four corners of your own room.

The difference is in us and in how much we want to change to improve.
