2. Dress in the most stylish and elegant way possible. You will not feel the best if you are not the best. You will be amazed at how much more confident you will be just by your best looks. You feel good when you wear your best clothes, you are surrounded by a well-groomed and clean environment. So if it’s Saturday, you need to boost your confidence today, not next week? Dress your nice, car wash, comb style! A hairdresser once said to me: "Every day is showtime!"

3. Increase your self-esteem by thanking who you are, what you look like, and what you do. For everything you see, say “thank you” to everyone you meet and every smile you receive.

4. Stand Up or Sit right: The way you stand sends a message to the world and, in turn, brings you back to you. This translates into an improvement in what you feel and you will develop your confidence today and every day.

There is scientific evidence that shows how posture affects our mood. Do not bend over. Slouching down produces a depressed mood.
